Jane founded LIT Coaching for Leaders in Transition in March 2014 with a specific focus on executive, senior and middle managers. Her coaching model is practical and performance focused and designed to support leaders who may wish to review their personal resilience capability or their leadership competence generally. Jane was the Group HR Manager and a member of the Group Executive team at Oceana Group Ltd, the largest and only listed fishing company in South Africa. She has 23 years HR generalist experience with international exposure. In 2014 Jane completed her MPhil in Management Coaching (cum laude) achieving distinctions for both her research report on developing personal resilience through coaching as well as her coaching practice. In 2011 she completed the Certificate in Coaching at USB-Ed achieving a distinction as well as the Director’s award for best student. Jane also holds a BA (Hons) in Public Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (UK), this being the highest standard of membership available. She is a Master HR Practitioner with the SABPP and a registered member of COMENSA (currently serving on their Membership Criteria and Standards of Competence Committee) and is governed by their code of professional ethics.
